Fundada in 1929 in the very heart of Jumilla (Murcia), where it is still located today. The same land where we grow and bottle our wines.

 

From that date to the present day, the successive generations of the Gilar family have been dedicated to producing top quality wines, always using selected Monastrell grapes, the native grape variety of this region, as a base and raw material.

Various extensions throughout the years have provided this winery with a total capacity of 2 million litres in all kinds of tanks, from 48,000-litre wooden cones, 6,000-litre oak cones and 225-litre French and American oak barrels, to modern, high-capacity stainless steel tanks that guarantee excellent conditions for cleaning and preserving the wine.
