TASTING NOTES: Bright pale yellow colour. Great aromatic power, dominated by aromas of fresh tropical fruit, citrus aromas and floral notes. Intense in the mouth, refreshing acidity and a persistent finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with appetizers, fish, seafood, sushi and soft creamy cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7º-10º C

Cuarta Generación -meaning Fourth Generation– reflects the winemaking tradition of the family which, after more than 90 years of history in our winery, has sown such important values for us as experience, honesty and quality.

This project is being initiated by the fourth generation of Bodegas Fermín Gilar with the aim of adding value to what has been learnt with a firm step towards the future.
